2020-2024 Strategic Plan
Central Carolina Community College's 2020-2024 Strategic Plan declares the institution's primary goal is to provide Equitable Pathways to Achievable Dreams. The strategic plan is evidence based and was created by the college's Planning Council as a result of reviewing institutional datasets, discussions, and planning meetings throughout the 2019-2020 academic year.

Strategic Plan Success Measures
The 2020-2024 Strategic Plan was formally adopted on July 22, 2020. The college will establish benchmarks for its student achievement goals and will annually publish success in achieving those goals.

NC Community College System Performance Measures
Central Carolina Community College further measures student achievement using the Performance Measures for Student Success report, the North Carolina Community College's accountability document. This annual performance report is based on data compiled from the previous year and serves to inform colleges and the public on the performance of all 58 community colleges.
